Swaziland Adventure: June 13 – 16, 2025

Location: Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, Eswatini, Big Game Parks

Join the Jeep Club of South Africa and ERG Lekker for an exciting guided tour through the stunning landscapes of Swaziland. Over three days, we will explore this beautiful country, with the Beehives at Mlilwane Game Sanctuary serving as our base camp.

Important: No alcohol is allowed on the trail; however, we can enjoy a cold beer after our adventures.

Weekend Itinerary:

• Friday, June 13, 2025
  • Arrive at Mlilwane Game Sanctuary at your convenience.
• Saturday, June 14
  • 07:30: Meet Gert at the garage just outside the main gate.
  • 08:00: Begin the trail.
  • 13:00: Stop at a scenic spot for lunch.
  • 14:00: Continue on the trail.
  • 17:00: Return to the Beehives.
  • 18:00: Gather at the braai area for an evening of sharing experiences and unwinding with fellow explorers.
• Sunday, June 15
  • Timing will be discussed as a group, under Gert's guidance.
  • 17:00: Back at the Beehives.
  • 18:00: Meet at the restaurant for a relaxing evening and dinner.
• Monday, June 16
  • Timing will be discussed as a group, under Gert's guidance.
  • Depart early for a half-day tour heading back towards Gauteng.
  • 12:00: Bid farewell and begin the journey home.

  • Self-catered.
• Saturday, June 14
  • Breakfast: At the restaurant.
  • Lunch: On the trail (snacks, etc.; self-catered).
  • Dinner: Braai at the Beehives (self-catered).
• Sunday, June 15
  • Breakfast: At the restaurant.
  • Lunch: On the trail (snacks, etc.; self-catered).
  • Dinner: At the restaurant (individual account).
• Monday, June 16
  • Breakfast: At the restaurant.
  • Lunch: On the trail (snacks, etc.; self-catered).

Costs (Members Only):

• Limited to 12 vehicles: R3,500.00 per person sharing.
• This includes bed and breakfast, bedding and towels, and trail guide fees.
• A R100.00 road tax is payable at the border (card only).
