Jeep Club SA Lesotho / Baboons Pass Weekend

An Adventure of a Lifetime!

Baboons Pass is a must-do for any Jeep owner looking for the ultimate off-road challenge! This year, we’re doing the Lesotho adventure a little differently, kicking off on 20th March via Sani Pass.

Itinerary

Day 1 – Thursday, 20th March

📍 Meeting Point: Treehouse Restaurant, Underberg
🕢 Time: 07:30 (departure at 08:00 sharp)

We’ll head up Sani Pass and complete border formalities before continuing to Thaba Tseka.

Arrive at Motherland Guesthouse by 16:00.

Dinner at your own cost.

Day 2 – Friday, 21st March

Breakfast provided by Motherland Guesthouse.

Departure: 08:00 sharp towards Semonkong Lodge via the Seng route.

Expect stunning views and exciting surprises, especially after the recent rains!

Arrival at Semonkong Lodge: No later than 16:00.

Dinner: Bring & Braai (to be discussed with the group).

Day 3 – Saturday, 22nd March – Baboons Pass!

Breakfast provided by Semonkong Lodge.

Depart for the legendary Baboons Pass – an all-day challenge!

Expected return to lodge: 17:00 for some well-earned rest.

Dinner at own cost.

Day 4 – Sunday, 23rd March

Breakfast provided by Semonkong Lodge.

Departure for home.

Important Notes

⚠️ Baboons Pass is a Grade 5 and above trail – strictly for experienced drivers and fully capable Jeeps!

🚙 Limited to 13 people!
